个人简历

徐永兵,1965年生于江苏南通如东,云顶娱乐官网物理系学士、硕士及博士,英国利兹大学博士,剑桥大学博士后,云顶娱乐官网(Nanjing University)-约克大学(York University)自旋电子学国际联合研究中心主任(Co-Director),“计划”国家特聘专家(Distinguished Concurrent Professor),国家重大研发计划(973)首席科学家、国家自然科学基金重大仪器研制项目负责人。在英国Leeds大学(研究助理)、英国国家同步辐射实验室(团队领导)、剑桥大学卡文迪许实验室(高级研究员,博导)、约克大学(纳米技术首席终身教授)工作多年。
徐永兵教授专长于先进电子材料与器件、自旋电子学、自旋存储芯片(MRAM,SpinFET)、超快材料科学的研究,在Prog.Mater.Sci.,Sci.Adv.,Phys. Rev. Lett., Nat. Comm., Adv. Mater., Nano Letter, ACS Nano 等SCI学术期刊上发表研究论文300多篇,申请及授权相关专利30余项,是零磁场下STT 效应 (STT-MRAM)及自旋芯片材料(SpinFET)的开创者之一。 2000年获英国国家工程和物理科学研究部杰出科学奖EPSRC Advanced Fellowship Award,为当年剑桥大学唯一入选者。任英、中、美十多所著名大学组成的世界大学联盟WUN“自旋电子学”重大国际合作项目实行委员会主席,是美国自然科学基金评审委员会委员,欧洲科学基金评审委员会委员,英国物理协会委员会委员,英国科技部十年规划委员会委员,是五次国际自旋电子学会议的大会主席。 同时担任国际著名出版社Elsevier综述刊物《Current Opinion in Solid State and Material Science》编辑,国际著名出版社Taylor and Francis 《Spintronic Materials and Technology》及《Electronic Materials and Devices》丛书主编,以及Springer重大参考书《Handbook of Spintronics》的主编。
